By booking is understood that you agree in all respects with these terms and conditions and changes that may occur after the booking. S.C. AUTOTRANSFER LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS SRL reserves the right to modify at any time any terms and conditions herein and these changes will take effect 12 hours after publication. Therefore you must periodically check the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you may not have the opportunity to place an order through our website. Please note that the content of our website is intended only to users aged over 18 years. If a person makes a reservation and a payment for renting a means of transportation for a group, there shall be deemed that the respective person is representing the group and that he/she has read and accepted the terms and conditions on behalf of all. S.C. AUTOTRANSFER LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS SRL, through this website, is the agent service provider. After consulting the transfer offer, you have the opportunity to accept or refuse it. If you accept the offer it means that you will have a direct contract. The binding contract comes into force when we send the e-mail confirmation. A reservation request does not validate a reservation. If within 24 hours after the request, you do not receive a response, it is your responsibility to contact SC AUTOTRANSFER LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS SRL by email at info@autotransfer.ro .
To place an order you should follow the steps in the booking page of our website. While making reservations for a means of transport, full payment of the service is mandatory. All orders must be placed at least 24 hours before the meeting with the service provider. All fields from the order form are mandatory. Please fill them correctly, because if your order is accepted, we will issue a voucher that will be sent to the e-mail that you have indicated in the order form. S.C. AUTOTRANSFER LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS SRL assumes no responsibility for failure to comply with the obligations, if the information you provided is incomplete or inaccurate. The customer must inform in the order form under "other information" if he wants to carry extra baggage, oversized additional equipment such as wheelchair, skis, bicycles ... etc. For such applications the customer may be charged extra by the supplier. By providing your payment card details it means that you have authority to use the card and that we can debit the card immediately for an amount equal to the services as they are presented on the website. By completing and submitting the order form you declare that you acknowledge and agree with the way of calculating and with the price for the service requested. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit card or debit card before you confirm the requested service. If validation cannot be obtained and payment is not made, we reserve the right to refuse your request for reservation. If we are unable to accept your application for the reservation of a vehicle for transport we'll send you an e-mail and try to offer an alternative, which may include additional costs. All communications from us will be sent to the e-mail that you have indicated in the order form. Please let us know about any changes in your reservation as soon as possible. Each passenger is allowed to carry one bag. If you have extra luggage, they must be declared when you book under "other information" along with details and dimensions. We retain the right to refuse the transfer if it is found that the baggage contains hazardous materials, firearms, flammable substances that could endanger the safety of passengers or the traffic, or if luggage is transported contrary to laws specific to each country. In this case the amount paid is not refundable. Do not leave documents or valuables in luggage. In case of loss or theft of luggage we will not answer for their value. It is recommended that you make a luggage insurance. Do not come at the meeting with the driver under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We can refuse to perform the service if it is considered that the driver may be jeopardized by the behavior of a passenger. Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited inside transport vehicles.
Payment for passenger transport services to the airport will be done entirely by card through MOBILPAY directly on our site. Some changes may be subject to a fee that must be paid at the destination. For example: change of location pick-up / drop off, change of pick-up time / drop off, modification of car class, modification of passengers number, change of client’s name, etc. If the change reduces the rate airport transportation service, the difference of the amount paid as advance will be refunded, provided that such payment bank charges will be borne entirely by the client. If payment related fees are equal to or greater than the amount to be returned to the client, this operation will not be performed. By accepting these terms the customer understands and agrees with this provision. Any changes when it comes to pick-up due to delays or early arrival flight delays or baggage collection will not be considered modifications provided that they do not exceed 30 minutes from the scheduled time. In case of overtaking more than 30 minutes, the customer will have to contact SC AUTOTRANSFER LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS SRL and pay incidental charges.
Requests to cancel the booking of a transportation from airport, to airport or transportation between cities must be sent to us in writing. Cancellation may be made by you using the "contact" section or by sending an e-mail to info@autotransfer.ro . In case of cancellations, your money will be returned only if cancellation occurred at least 72 hours before pick-up. The amount paid will be refunded, provided that such payment bank charges will be borne entirely by the client. If payment related fees are equal to or greater than the amount to be returned to the client, this operation will not be performed. By accepting these terms the customer understands and agrees with this provision. For cancellations that come less than 72 hours before departure, the customer accepts that he/she will not be returned the amount paid. In cases of force majeure S.C. AUTOTRANSFER LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS SRL may cancel at any time the booking of a means of transportation to the airport. In this case we will fully refund client's money at the expense of S.C. AUTOTRANSFER LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS SRL, without having to pay damages.
We accept our responsibility if the mistake belongs to our employees. In this case the maximum limit of our liability is twice the amount paid to SC AUTOTRANSFER LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS S.R.L. Any request for compensation for death or personal injury resulting from the use of airport transport service must be made directly to us and is subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the country where the service was provided. If errors occur occasionally on our website as soon as we notice them or we will be noticed by customers, we will make every effort to correct them as soon as possible. We do not assume responsibility for the information contained on the website, whether it is the victim of computer viruses.
All communications between SC AUTOTRANSFER LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS SRL and you is done by e-mail. We recommend you to read the e-mail before starting the journey so that you can take notice of any changes or cancellation of your booking. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate and complete information regarding e-mail and the number of mobile phone and to inform us of any changes. It is essential to provide us with a mobile phone number that we can contact you at during the trip including an international dialing code. Otherwise S.C. AUTOTRANSFER LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS SRL assumes no responsibility for messages that had to be transmitted to you.
Any complaint or request for reimbursement in respect of transport services from the airport must be addressed in writing to SC AUTOTRANSFER LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS SRL at: info@autotransfer.ro .
The terms and conditions set forth obey the laws of Romania. By accepting these terms and conditions, you explicitly agree that any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
Payments made through this website are secure, SC AUTOTRANSFER LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS SRL guarantees the confidentiality of information received.
